Research shows that faculty benefit from interacting with peers. CTLE offers a simple way to meet colleagues outside your discipline you might not otherwise encounter. There is no agenda or curriculum. CTLE will gather information about your schedule to connect you with other faculty at shared available times. Exchange discussion topics range from getting to know Syracuse to sharing teaching questions, ideas, and syllabi. Some exchange participants opt to visit one another’s classrooms.
