Mission
The mission of the Academic Integrity Office is to promote and facilitate campus policies and best practices for integrity in all aspects of academic work and scholarship. We fulfill this mission through educational initiatives for students, staff, and faculty, and by maintaining a transparent student-centered adjudication process that upholds high academic standards while fostering an environment for students to learn, grow, and thrive.
Vision
Our vision is that the Academic Integrity Office will serve as a campus leader in building a community of educational excellence in which academic integrity is intrinsic to all constituents and ethical scholarship is the norm, grounded in “commitment, even in the face of adversity, to six fundamental values: honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility, and courage” (International Center for Academic Integrity, 2021).
