Coming Fall 2025! The CTLE will be piloting a three-part seminar on learning and using student names. Participants will get a free copy of the forthcoming book by Michelle D. Miller, A Teacher’s Guide to Learning Student Names: Why You Should, Why It’s Hard, How You Can published in the University of Oklahoma Press series Teaching, Engaging, and Thriving in Higher Ed and meet to discuss the book; have a Q & A Zoom meeting with Michelle Miller; and meet mid-semester to present a progress report on learning student names in their current classes. Upon completion of the seminar and a survey, participants will receive a $250 stipend.
